Warehouse Coordinator

Job Description

• Is in charge of monitoring, safekeeping, and dispatch of non-saleable trade materials, brand assets, and the like.
• Responsible for convention assets and overall housekeeping of all brand and marketing assets.
• Coordinates with CM and brand partners for regular updates on remaining assets, to assist in the evaluation and trigger of asset repurchase.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is a plus.
• Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Applications (Excel and Word).
• Strong coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple stocks, orders, priorities, and timelines.
