Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate records of daily inventory movements, including incoming and outgoing equipment and materials.
• Prepare service reports and maintain proper documentation for warehouse and service activities.
• Prepare sales quotations and related administrative documents accurately and promptly.
• Assist with general warehouse coordination, stock checking and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth movement and tracking of inventory.
• Maintain proper filing and records using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Job Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with good documentation and report-writing skills.
• Experience in warehouse, inventory, operations or machinery-related environments is an advantage.
• Forklift licence is preferred; candidates with relevant warehouse equipment experience are encouraged to apply.
• Proactive, organised and responsible, with good attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
