We’re now looking for a hands-on Warehouse Coordinator / Lead Packer to help lead our Pick, Pack, Warehouse and Dispatch team.

The opportunity

This role would be perfect for an experienced packer or warehouse team member who knows their way around a busy packing floor and is ready for the next step in their career.

You don’t need to know everything from day one. We’ll teach you our systems and support you as you build your leadership skills. What matters most is that you’re reliable, organised, confident taking initiative and genuinely enjoy helping others succeed.

This is still a hands-on role, so you’ll be packing alongside the team while also helping coordinate the day, answer questions, keep everyone moving and make sure our gifts leave the warehouse looking LVLY.

What you'll be doing

·       Acting as the Lead Packer and helping coordinate the daily packing and warehouse workflow

·       Allocating team members across packing, preparation and warehouse tasks

·       Keeping an eye on daily priorities, order volumes and dispatch deadlines

·       Making sure orders are packed accurately, beautifully and on time

·       Training new packers and helping the team learn different areas of the warehouse

·       Providing friendly, practical coaching when someone needs support

·       Communicating stock updates, process changes and daily priorities to the team

·       Receiving, storing, rotating and auditing stock

·       Coordinating stock transfers and reporting damaged or missing stock

·       Helping prepare boxes, jars and packing materials for daily production

·       Supporting driver collections and dispatch

·       Keeping the warehouse safe, clean and organised

·       Assisting with toolbox meetings, safety audits and reporting

·       Stepping in to support the Operations Manager when required

During busy periods such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, you’ll help keep the floor calm, coordinated and moving. During quieter periods, you’ll continue working alongside the team while supporting warehouse tasks, training and improvements.

You’ll be a great fit if you

·       Have experience working as a packer or in a warehouse, dispatch or operations environment

·       Are ready to take on more responsibility and develop your leadership skills

·       Enjoy working alongside the team and leading from the floor

·       Can keep calm and organised when order volumes increase

·       Communicate clearly and feel comfortable giving direction

·       Take initiative and enjoy finding practical solutions to everyday challenges

·       Care about accuracy, presentation and getting the small details right

·       Are reliable, positive and willing to learn

·       Understand that great teamwork makes busy days much easier

Previous team-leading experience is helpful, but it isn’t essential. If you’re someone your teammates naturally come to for help or you enjoy keeping things organised and are ready to step up, we’d love to hear from you.

Experience operating a walkie stacker and a current First Aid Certificate would be beneficial, but are not essential.
