What they need
Location: Changi
5.25 Days Work Week (Rotating Shift)
Afternoon / Night Shift
Salary Basic Up to $2500 + AWS + VB
Job Scope:
- Prepare export shipping documents, invoices, packing lists and labels
- Process HAWB / MAWB and ensure documentation complies with airline requirements
- Coordinate export shipments with warehouse, contractors and overseas offices
- Monitor shipment status and provide shipment updates to stakeholders
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
Min. 2 years of freight forwarding, logistics or supply chain experience
Experience in export documentation and air freight operations is preferred
Able to work under tight deadlines and rotating shifts
