Warehouse Coordinator - Retail

• Coordinate daily stock requirements and replenishment for all retail stores.
• Receive and consolidate stock requests from stores and ensure timely preparation and dispatch from the warehouse.
• Coordinate picking, packing and dispatch of retail stock as per approved requirements.
• Ensure all stock movements are properly recorded in SAP Business One and supported by the required documents.
• Monitor warehouse-to-store and inter-store stock transfers and follow up until receipt is confirmed.
• Maintain accurate records of stock issued, received, transferred, returned, damaged and pending.
• Coordinate with Store In-Charges regarding shortages, excess stock, damaged items, discrepancies and urgent requirements.
• Support physical stock counts, cycle counts and periodic inventory verification for warehouse and retail locations.
• Compare physical stock with system records and report discrepancies to the Inventory In-Charge.
• Follow up on pending/unclosed stock transfers and ensure timely system closure.
• Coordinate the return of damaged, non-moving, excess or discontinued products from stores to the warehouse as instructed.
• Ensure proper segregation and identification of retail stock within the warehouse.
• Monitor availability of focus products, fast-moving items and promotional stock and highlight potential shortages.
• Coordinate stock preparation and distribution for promotions, new store openings, events and seasonal campaigns.
• Ensure proper documentation for every stock movement and maintain organized records for audit/reference.
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly inventory and dispatch trackers.
• Coordinate with Retail Operations, Inventory, Pricing, Purchase, E-commerce and Accounts wherever required.
• Immediately escalate stock discrepancies, delayed dispatches, missing documentation or operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with Company inventory procedures, warehouse controls and approved stock movement processes.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
