Warehouse Coordinator- SAP Inventory Coordinator

Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable SAP Coordinator for our fast-paced automotive warehousing environment. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate system transactions, supporting warehouse operations through SAP, and ensuring timely communication between departments to keep production and shipping moving efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform SAP transactions related to inventory movement, shipping, receiving, and production support
• Monitor and reconcile inventory discrepancies, shortages, and variances
• Create, review, and maintain SAP reports to support warehouse and operational needs
• Communicate effectively with warehouse leadership, production teams, and transportation partners
• Support dock activity, trailer movements, and outbound/inbound tracking through SAP
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company and customer requirements
• Troubleshoot SAP-related issues and escalate as needed
• Support weekend operations as required

Qualifications:

• Prior experience working with SAP in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment preferred
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
• Flexibility to support occasional weekend work
• Ability to lift 30 lbs.
