Our client, based in Balcatta, is seeking an experienced and reliable Warehouse Coordinator to join their supportive and collaborative team.

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering consistent full-time hours for the right candidate, with the potential to transition into a permanent position.

About You

To be successful, you will have:

• Current forklift licence
• Previous warehouse, logistics and stock control experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience in warehouse systems and intermediate computer skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
• A strong work ethic and attention to detail
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating stock, inventory movements, transfers and replenishment
• Managing incoming and outgoing stock and sales
• Coordinating freight bookings, deliveries and dispatch
• Loading and unloading freight
• Forklift operation and general warehouse duties
• Ensuring stock is stored safely and accurately
• Providing customer service and support
• Completing stocktakes and maintaining inventory accuracy
• Meeting KPIs including on-time deliveries and branch requests
• Following WHS procedures and maintaining a safe workplace
• Assisting with general warehouse duties and maintaining a clean work environment
