What tasks await you?

• Cost budget application and management, auxiliary material application and purchase, accounting operations (receiving, issuing, and storing), reconciliation, payment, and reimbursement.
• Verification of transportation fees, waste disposal fee, and other expenses: Confirm that the invoices provided by suppliers match the dispatch team’s records and the contract prices, and coordinate with procurement to ensure the pricing is finalized before notifying suppliers to issue invoices.
• Track inventory-related costs and prepare regular reports.
• Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, and finance teams.
• Maintain cost data in the ERP system.
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory control processes and reduce costs.
• Identification and analysis of abnormal expenses, and compilation and follow-up of budgets and performance indicators.

You Are The Perfect Candidate If You

• Have a vocational qualification, associate degree, or a related field.
• Have experience in warehouse operations, cost management, stock management, or logistics administration.
• Possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately with inventory and operational data.
• Are comfortable using warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Have good communication and teamwork skills and can effectively collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and administrative teams.
• Are organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic warehouse environment.
• Have at least 1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, or a similar role.
• Are a native Hungarian speaker with a good command of English.

It’s An Advantage If You Have The Following

• Experience in logistics or manufacturing environments.
• Advanced Excel or data analysis skills.
• Experience working with ERP or cost management systems.
• Basic English language skills.
