Warehouse Crew Member

Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse crew member. You will be an integral part of the team serving as a steward and delivery crew member. Every day will be a little different. Some days you will be out on the deliveries other days you will be helping pick and clean items to be loaded on our trucks. You will become a vital part of delivering exceptional event rental experiene! In this energetic role, you will ensure the cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of our rental items. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene, creating a safe and welcoming space. The right candidate will also have an opportunity to learn about our linen program. Our linen program will teach you how to wash, iron and fold all linen. Our team is diverse in knowledge focusing on cross training.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment organizing like items and bundling for picking.
• Support the office with cleaning bathrooms, office and showroom as needed.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely, including dishwashers, sinks, and other necessary tools.
• Operate laundry machines and equipment to wash, dry, and fold linens, with precision and care.
• Sort laundry items by color, fabric type, and cleaning requirements to ensure optimal results
• Perform dry cleaning processes for delicate or special garments when necessary
• Maintain cleanliness of laundry areas, including washing stations, storage rooms, and equipment
• Follow safety procedures and proper handling techniques for chemicals used in cleaning and dry cleaning processes
• Assist with inventory management by tracking supplies such as detergents, fabric softeners, and cleaning agents
• Heavy Lifting rentals when loading/unloading for work events.

Requirements

• Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Flexible Schedule Monday-Sunday. Open to working on the weekend as needed.
• Previous experience in laundry services or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
• Moving experience is recommended.

Work Location: In person

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 40.0 per week
