What they need
- Receive and inspect incoming materials and supplies against approved documents.
- Record and update inventory transactions, including receipts, issuances, returns, and transfers.
- Issue materials only upon authorized request or approved MRS.
- Conduct regular physical inventory and report discrepancies.
- Properly label, arrange, segregate, and store materials.
- Monitor stock levels and report low, damaged, expired, or missing items.
- Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and 5S in the warehouse.
- Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of warehouse documents and records.
- Comply with company safety, ISO/QMS, Halal, and warehouse procedures.
- Coordinate with other departments regarding material requests and availability.
- Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor
