About the role

WRN Health Incorporated is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Custodian to join our operations team in Davao City, Davao del Sur. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency, organisation and security of our warehouse facilities. As Warehouse Custodian, you will be responsible for ensuring that our storage and distribution operations run smoothly, safeguarding inventory and maintaining compliance with health and safety standards. This role is essential to supporting WRN Health Incorporated's commitment to reliable and professional logistics services.

Key responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness, organisation and safety standards throughout the warehouse facility, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Monitoring and controlling access to the warehouse, including receiving and logging incoming shipments and materials
• Inspecting stored goods regularly to identify damage, deterioration or theft, and reporting any issues immediately
• Assisting with inventory management tasks, including verifying stock levels and ensuring proper labelling and storage arrangements
• Performing routine maintenance checks on warehouse equipment, storage racks, shelving and security systems
• Responding promptly to maintenance requests and coordinating with maintenance teams when repairs are required
• Supporting loading and unloading operations, ensuring goods are handled carefully and stored appropriately
• Maintaining accurate records of warehouse activities, inspections and maintenance performed
• Enforcing warehouse policies and procedures to ensure all staff comply with operational standards
• Reporting hazards, potential risks or areas of concern to management

What we're looking for

• Proven experience working in a warehouse, storage or distribution environment
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management and basic logistics principles
• Physical capability to perform manual tasks, including lifting, carrying and moving items regularly
• Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and ability to maintain a clean, hazard-free environment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Reliability and punctuality, with a commitment to maintaining consistent work standards
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to company policies and procedures
• Basic computer skills and ability to complete record-keeping tasks
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to warehouse operations is advantageous
