Warehouse Customer Solutions Engineer

Job Purpose Design and develop warehousing and supply chain solutions for new and existing customers by analyzing operational requirements, preparing feasibility and costing studies, and recommending efficient, scalable, and technology-driven solutions that support business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Design warehouse and supply chain solutions based on customer and operational requirements.
• Conduct feasibility studies, capacity planning, manpower calculations, and resource modelling.
• Prepare costing models and support RFQ/RFI and commercial pricing activities.
• Develop warehouse layouts, operational processes, and alternative solution scenarios.
• Identify and recommend WMS, automation, and digital solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Analyze operational, financial, and customer data to support decision making.
• Support customer presentations, site visits, technical workshops, and solution implementation activities.
• Evaluate warehouse technologies and investment opportunities through cost-benefit analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, supply chain engineering, or solution design.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, process design, layout planning, and resource modelling.
• Experience in RFQ/RFI management, feasibility studies, and costing.
• Knowledge of WMS systems; SAP EWM is an asset.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, or similar tools is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
