Educational Background

· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Work Experience

· Preferably with experience in data encoding, inventory control, or warehouse operations

· Background in logistics, supply chain, or retail distribution is an advantage

Skills & Competencies

· Proficient in computer applications (MS Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of ERP or WMS is a plus

· Strong typing and data entry accuracy with attention to detail

· Familiar with warehouse documents (DR, RR, inventory sheets, stock cards, etc.)

· Ability to analyze and reconcile discrepancies in inventory records

· Good organizational and time management skills

· Detail-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision

· Team player with good communication skills
