Job Description

• Enter and maintain inventory data, including inbound, outbound, and stock balance records using Microsoft Excel.
• Monitor and reconcile inventory data with physical warehouse stock to ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare daily and weekly inventory reports, including stock balance and inbound/outbound transaction reports.
• Perform other assigned tasks. On-the-job training will be provided.

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel is mandatory, including advanced Excel functions and data management.
• Careful, honest, detail-oriented, and highly responsible for data accuracy.
• Previous experience in warehouse data management or inventory control is preferred.
