What they need
- Analyze and improve warehouse processes to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, accuracy, and service quality.
- Support the implementation and optimization of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, automation technologies, and inventory management solutions.
- Coordinate warehouse development projects, including warehouse layout redesign, process improvement initiatives, system enhancements, and new technology implementation.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful and timely execution.
- Manage and improve inventory control processes, including inventory accuracy, stock movement, storage optimization, and order fulfillment.
- Develop, monitor, and analyze warehouse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Identify and implement Continuous Improvement initiatives using Lean Warehouse, 5S, Kaizen, and other improvement methodologies.
- Assist in planning and monitoring warehouse development project budgets while identifying cost-saving and cost-optimization opportunities.
- Develop, review, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and operational documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, IT, Procurement, and Finance, to support warehouse development initiatives.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and project updates for management and key stakeholders.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management.
