Warehouse Dispatch & Customer Service

Warehouse Dispatch & Customer Service - START DATE NEEDED 14TH SEPTEMBER

We’re looking for a reliable, energetic person to join our warehouse team supporting Haircare.co.nz and Southern Salon Supplies.

This is a hands-on role combining warehouse dispatch and customer service, helping ensure orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time, while also supporting customers with order enquiries, product availability and general assistance.

You’ll be working across both our fast-paced online retail business and our professional salon-supply business, so we’re looking for someone who is organised, comfortable using computer systems, communicates well and takes pride in getting things right.

Key responsibilities include:

• Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders
• Receiving and organising incoming stock
• Responding to customer and order enquiries by phone and email
• Assisting with returns, backorders and delivery queries
• Maintaining accurate stock and warehouse organisation
• Working closely with our customer service, sales and e-commerce teams

Previous warehouse or customer service experience would be helpful, but attitude, reliability and attention to detail are just as important.
