Warehouse Dispatch Lead 出库组长

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily outbound operations and manage the end-to-end order fulfilment process to ensure accurate and timely shipment.
• Plan and allocate manpower based on daily order volume and operational requirements.
• Lead and coordinate the outbound team to ensure smooth execution of picking, checking, packing, and shipment processes.
• Monitor order processing progress and ensure outbound targets and timelines are achieved.
• Identify, handle, and resolve operational issues such as order discrepancies, inventory variances, and shipment delays.
• Work closely with warehouse, logistics, and other relevant departments to ensure efficient delivery operations.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and training to team members to improve productivity and work quality.
• Monitor team performance and suggest process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Prepare daily operational updates and report any issues or improvement opportunities to management.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
• Candidates with experience in warehouse operations, logistics, supply chain, or order fulfilment will have an added advantage.
• Strong sense of responsibility with good leadership potential and willingness to learn.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and adapt to operational needs.
• Familiar with warehouse processes and inventory management systems (WMS/ERP experience is an advantage).
• Team-oriented, proactive, and able to manage daily operational challenges.
• Mandarin-speaking ability will be an added advantage, as the role requires communication with the China headquarters.
