Warehouse / Dispatch Supervisor

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse activities and ensure smooth material movement and storage operations.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse activities and manpower.
• Monitor inward and outward movement of materials.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of materials.
• Maintain stock accuracy and inventory records.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Sales and Dispatch teams.
• Monitor loading and unloading activities.
• Ensure proper documentation for material movement.
• Conduct regular stock checks and identify discrepancies.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety and discipline.
• Prepare daily warehouse and stock reports.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Any Degree.
• 2–6 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Experience in Steel / Manufacturing / Industrial warehouse is preferred.
• Good manpower handling and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of inventory and stock management.
