Warehouse Dispatcher

Note: We conduct 5.5 working days.

Responsibilities

1. Order Processing and Picking

• Receive sales and outbound orders and verify material codes, descriptions, specifications, quantities, and batch numbers.
• Pick items from designated storage locations accurately, ensuring no mix-ups, shortages, or over-shipments.
• Follow the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) principle when picking inventory.

2. Outbound Shipment Verification

• Verify picked items against shipping documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Inspect product appearance and packaging condition before dispatch.
• Verify batch numbers, serial numbers, and certificates of conformity to prevent incorrect shipments, missing items, or damaged goods from leaving the warehouse.

Requirements

• High school or above.
• 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management, with strong knowledge of inventory control processes.
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills, with the ability to lead teams effectively.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle unexpected issues.
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to follow leadership directives.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office applications.
• Able to drive forklift.
