Warehouse Distribution Clerk

We are looking for a reliable and organized Warehouse Distribution Clerk to join our team. This position supports daily warehouse and distribution operations, including receiving and processing shipments, preparing orders, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring products are handled and shipped correctly.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment
• Verify products, quantities, and shipping documentation for accuracy
• Load and unload deliveries as needed
• Organize and maintain inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies
• Enter and update shipment and inventory information in the system
• Prepare shipping labels, packing slips, and other required documentation
• Coordinate with warehouse, shipping, receiving, and office staff
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow company procedures and warehouse safety guidelines
• Assist with other warehouse and distribution duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience preferred
• Basic computer and data-entry skills
• Ability to read and understand shipping and inventory documentation
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical warehouse duties throughout the shift
• Ability to lift and move packages and materials as required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $22.90 - $27.60 per hour
