JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a Warehouse District Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, staff performance, safety, and the efficient receiving, storage, and distribution of motorcycle parts, accessories, and merchandise.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatching.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, stock levels, and warehouse records.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse personnel.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procedures.
• Implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Procurement, Sales, and other departments.
• Monitor warehouse performance and prepare operational reports.
• Address inventory discrepancies, operational issues, and customer/order concerns.
• Manage warehouse resources and help control operational costs.
• Promote a clean, organized, safe, and productive work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• With relevant warehouse or inventory management experience, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry.
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role is an advantage.
• Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willing to work on-site and travel within assigned areas when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
