What they need
1. Strategically manage MAA DC in compliance with company’s policies and vision. To initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal DC operational policies, SOP’s & procedures, while adhering to warehousing, handling and distribution legislation requirements
2. Select, Design, evaluate, renew yearly contract with service partners with mark to market service & cost, and monitor DC performance & work with service partner to achieve >= KPI’s parameters
3. Maintain partner governance, relationship, period reviews – DC
4. Prepare annual budget for DC (forward & reverse logistics), and controlling DC cost within yearly budget, maintain cost-efficiency
5. Plan DC Capacity for inbound & outbound (Online & Offline order processing). Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
6. Delivery new project rollout & completion, per target
7. Produce reports and statistics for management reporting, per defined periodicity
8. Coordinate regrouping logistic with Ops & Planning, delivery performance
9. Train & lead staff to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, compliance & integrity
