Warehouse / Driver & Delivery Associate

Overview

The Harvard/MIT COOP is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse / Driver & Delivery Associate to support our ecommerce and store operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, values accuracy, and is comfortable working across multiple locations to keep operations moving smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Ecommerce Order Fulfillment

• Pick, pack, and prepare online customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Meet daily shipping and delivery deadlines while maintaining quality standards

Warehouse Operations

• Support day-to-day ecommerce warehouse operations, including order staging, packing, labeling, and shipment preparation
• Maintain clean, organized, and efficient work areas

Receiving & Inventory Processing

• Receive incoming inventory and verify quantities and condition
• Assist with inventory system updates to ensure accurate stock levels

Inter-Location Transfers & Deliveries

• Deliver merchandise and supplies between the ecommerce warehouse, Alston COOP, Venues and all COOP store locations
• Safely load, transport, and unload internal transfers following scheduled routes and procedures

Multi-Location Support

• Work regularly between two primary locations—Alston COOP and the ecommerce warehouse
• Provide operational support across both sites as needed

Vehicle Operation & Safety

• Operate company vehicles responsibly
• Conduct routine vehicle checks and report maintenance or safety concerns

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all COOP safety standards, warehouse procedures, and delivery regulations
• Contribute to a safe, efficient, and team-oriented work environment

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfort with physical tasks such as lifting, packing, and loading
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required)
• Previous warehouse, delivery, or ecommerce experience is a plus

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
