Vivara is looking for motivated employees to join our warehouse team in Venray.

The right candidate pays attention to detail and product quality, while ensuring the productivity targets are met. They take accountability for their work, inform the leadership team in case of abnormalities, and treat their colleagues with respect.

Requirements:

· Own transportation

· Communicative level of English (A2 level or higher)

· Willingness to work in shifts

o In general, 07:00 – 16:00, once every few weeks 13:00 – 22:00

o During peak seasons (November till February) 06:00 – 15:00 and 15:00 – 00:00 alternating bi-weekly

What we offer:

· Salary for Warehouse Operators from €14.71 till €16.00 gross per hour (€14.99 - €16.28 as per July 1st, 2026) when achieving realistic targets

· Salary for Reach truckers from €15.31 till €16.60 gross per hour ( €15.59 till €16.88 as per July 1st, 2026) when achieving realistic targets

· 33% addition to each hour worked over 40 hours

· Time for time banking for overtime

· 28 holiday days per year on full-time basis

· Direct contract at Vivara

· Travel cost reimbursement of €0.23 per kilometer with a max of €220,- per month, pension scheme and 8% holiday allowance

Job responsibilities:

· Following and performing all warehouse processes, among which:

o Goods receipt & put away with scanner

o Picking with scanner & Packing

o Sorting parcels

o Preparing shipments for delivery

o Replenishment tasks with Reach truck (for employees with certification)

· Customer centered mindset:

o Ensure excellent product quality during goods receipt and before shipping

o Pack shipments correctly to avoid transport damage

o Ask yourself: “Is this how I want to receive a package?”

· Maintaining cleanliness and safety in the warehouse

· Be a positive addition to the DC team.
