About the role
We are looking for a Warehouse Encoder to join our team at Bicutan Warehouse.
Key responsibilities
- Encode and update inventory and warehouse transactions
- Record incoming and outgoing stocks
- Maintain accurate inventory records and reports
- Check documents and encoded data for accuracy
- Assist in inventory counting and reconciliation
- File and maintain warehouse documents
- Perform other related duties as assigned
About you
- High School Graduate, Vocational Graduate, or College Level
- Work experience in warehouse, inventory, encoding, or administrative tasks is preferred
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills
- Computer literate with good typing and data-entry skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and accurate
- Good communication and teamwork skills
