Warehouse Encoder

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Encode and update daily warehouse transactions, including receiving, releasing, transfers, returns, and stock movements.
• Enter inventory data accurately and efficiently into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Maintain accurate records of stocks, deliveries, receipts, and warehouse transactions.
• Verify data and documents before encoding to minimize errors and discrepancies.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff regarding inventory movements and transaction details.
• Assist in monitoring inventory levels and identifying discrepancies between physical stocks and system records.
• Prepare and maintain reports, logs, and other warehouse-related documents.
• Ensure all encoded information is complete, accurate, and properly filed.
• Perform data checking and reconciliation when discrepancies are identified.
• Maintain confidentiality and proper handling of company records and information.
• Assist the Warehouse Supervisor or Team Leader with administrative and encoding tasks.
• Follow company policies, warehouse procedures, and safety standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least Senior High School Graduate; college graduate is an advantage.
• Proficient in data entry with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is required or highly preferred.
• Previous experience as a Warehouse Encoder, Inventory Encoder, Data Encoder, Inventory Clerk, or similar position is an advantage.
• Basic to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other computer applications.
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Able to handle large amounts of data accurately and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors or discrepancies.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Can work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays when required.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php22,085.87 per month
