Job Description

Carpentersville Wood Shop Inc. is looking for a Warehouse Encoder to assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with inventory data and computer systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Encode and update daily warehouse transactions and inventory records.
• Record incoming and outgoing materials, products, and supplies.
• Prepare and maintain inventory reports and warehouse documents.
• Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies or unusual variances.
• Verify quantities and details of received and released items.
• Assist in conducting regular physical inventory counts.
• Ensure proper filing and organization of warehouse documents.
• Coordinate with the Warehouse, Purchasing, Production, and Finance teams regarding inventory concerns.
• Maintain accurate and updated inventory records in the company system or spreadsheets.
• Perform other warehouse and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least Senior High School graduate; college graduate is an advantage.
• With experience in warehouse encoding, inventory, data entry, or administrative work is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Organized and able to manage multiple records and documents.
• Basic knowledge of inventory and warehouse processes.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Honest, reliable, and willing to learn.
• Willing to work in Baloy, Cagayan de Oro City.
