WE ARE HIRING: WAREHOUSE DOCUMENTATION & COORDINATION ASSISTANT

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and good at coordinating with different teams? Join our team and help ensure accurate warehouse documentation, timely deliveries, and smooth day-to-day operations!

We are looking for a reliable and proactive individual to manage Delivery Receipt (D.R.) encoding, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with multiple departments to support inventory management and project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Encode and maintain accurate warehouse Delivery Receipt (D.R.) records.
• Coordinate delivery schedules, inventory updates, and project requirements with relevant departments.
• Work closely with Warehouse, Quality Assurance (QA), Logistics, Sales, and Accounting to support timely deliveries, quality checks, and invoicing.
• Maintain organized documentation and ensure data accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
• Monitor delivery status, returns, and discrepancies, escalating issues and coordinating appropriate resolutions.
• Prepare regular status reports and perform other related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• College diploma required; a bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is an advantage.
• Experience in administration, coordination, warehouse operations, or logistics is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to manage documentation efficiently.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with different teams.
• Willing to work in Malinta, Valenzuela City.
