WAREHOUSE ENCODER/INVENTORY CONTROL ANALYST

1. Accurately input stock movement details, including received and dispatched goods, into the warehouse management system (WMS) and/or SAP.
2. Update inventory records in real time to reflect stock availability, batch numbers, expiration dates, and storage locations.
3. Ensure product details, including SKU numbers and batch, are correctly recorded.
4. Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies, shortages, or overstock situations to the warehouse supervisor.
5. Assist in physical inventory counts, cycle counts, and audits to ensure accurate stock records.
6. Record incoming and outgoing shipments and ensure documentation such as invoices, delivery receipts, and packing lists are correctly processed.
7. Work closely with warehouse checkers, pickers, and supervisors to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
8. Generate and submit daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports to warehouse management.
9. Ensure proper documentation for returned, transferred, or rejected goods.
10. May require working in shifts, weekends, or overtime based on operational demands.

Male
Atleast 25 years old
High school graduate or College level
At least 1 year of experience in data entry, warehouse encoding, or inventory management.
