Warehouse Engineer

About the role

AAPICO Precision Co., Ltd. is a leading automotive parts manufacturer and exporter in Thailand. We are seeking a Warehouse Engineer to drive the development of warehouse and logistics systems to international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and improve warehouse processes to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs
• Plan and design inventory storage, space management, and material flow within the warehouse
• Develop warehouse management systems (Warehouse Management System)
• Monitor and analyze warehouse and logistics key performance indicators (KPI)
• Support Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement projects
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and delivery of goods
• Prepare reports and present improvement recommendations to management

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Warehouse, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing
• Knowledge of warehouse management, inventory control, and data analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI or Data Analytics is a plus
• Knowledge of WMS, ERP, SAP, Barcode, or RFID is a plus
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Able to communicate in English at a working level
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
