Job Description

We are looking for a Warehouse Executive with experience in warehouse operations and billing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle loading and unloading of cargo/material.
• Arrange and supervise manpower for unloading, packing and loading.
• Prepare and manage daily dispatch planning.
• Supervise dispatch activities and ensure timely movement of materials.
• Prepare and maintain monthly stock details.
• Manage and support order booking.
• Prepare pick lists and assist in invoice creation.
• Maintain proper warehouse and stock records.
• Coordinate with the relevant teams for smooth warehouse operations.

Candidate Profile

• 3–8 years of relevant experience in warehouse, dispatch or billing operations.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Candidates with experience in warehouse and billing processes will be preferred.

Salary
