Warehouse Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and plan daily inbound and outbound operations on the distribution shopfloor, ensuring targets are met efficiently.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and quality condition.
• Coordinate and plan loading bay activities in collaboration with the fleet team.
• Liaise with Production and Sales departments to ensure timely and effective delivery performance.
• Drive and implement continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to distribution activities.
• Plan and coordinate training programs for F4 shopfloor employees.
• Monitor and report distribution operational performance, including analysis and recommendations.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in warehouse or distribution environment, with solid understanding of warehousing processes and best practices.
• Proficient in analyzing operational data, generating insightful charts, and developing reports to support decision-making and performance tracking
• Strong analytical thinking paired with creative approaches to resolving operational challenges effectively and efficiently.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively across departments.
• Capable of making fair, objective decisions in day-to-day operations, including matters involving team management, process optimization, and stakeholder engagement.
• Computer & ERP system proficiency
• Knowledgeable in, and committed to, adhering to company standards, ISO procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent command of both Bahasa Malaysia and English, in written and verbal communication.
