What they need
- Dispatch & Data Management
-Review order volume and assigning tasks to the team.
-Ensure every package is labelled and loaded onto the carrier trucks on time.
-Update internal trackers and the Warehouse Management System (WMS) in
real-time so other teams have a live view of our stock.
2.Inventory & Quality Control
-Lead regular & cycle counts& (mini-audits) to make sure the physical stock on
the shelves perfectly matches our digital records.
-Do RCA to find out why numbers don't match and fix any inventory leakages
or errors.
-Supervise the Quality Check (QC) process to ensure every item is defect-free
and packaged professionally. - Returns & Process Improvement
-Manage the &Returns Pendency& area by leading a team to quickly inspect
and categorize returned items (restock, Salvage, or discard).
-Constantly improve the warehouse layout- like moving popular items to "hot
zones& to make picking faster and more efficient.
Ultimately showing leadership skills to handle any spikes
