Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Executive to lead daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient receiving, storage, inventory and dispatch activities. The role will supervise the warehouse team, maintain inventory accuracy, ensure safety and operational compliance and support audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the day-to-day monitoring and overview of operations and processes of the warehouse, including the preparation of reports.
• Supervise and coordinate the warehouse team to ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently and operational targets are met.
• Oversee and coordinate warehouse activities, including receiving, storing and dispatching goods.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure data accuracy in the SAP system.
• Coordinate the loading and unloading to ensure the timely and safe handling of goods.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in receiving and warehouse records.
• Assist and standby for Audit related matters
• Conduct regular and monthly physical inventory counts and reconcile with system records, promptly investigate any variances.
• Enforce safety and security procedures to safeguard warehouse operations and inventory.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Bachelor's Diploma or Degree in Logistic or Supply Chain Management or relevant experience may apply.
• Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Must be willing to be location at Telok Panglima Garang
