Warehouse Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a Warehouse Executive to join our growing team in Bertam, Penang. You will be responsible for managing daily warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, material movement and coordination with internal departments and external logistics partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Monitor inventory and ensure accurate stock records and regular stock reconciliation.
• Coordinate material movement and deliveries with internal departments and external logistics providers.
• Ensure proper warehouse organisation, storage, 5S and safety practices.
• Supervise warehouse staff and ensure daily operations are carried out according to company procedures.
• Prepare warehouse reports and monitor operational performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency, inventory control and space utilisation.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant warehouse or logistics experience.
• Good knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management and stock control.
• Familiar with WMS and Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage warehouse activities effectively.
• Forklift certification is an added advantage.
