Warehouse Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for quantity, quality, and accuracy.
• Organize and store products systematically in designated warehouse locations.
• Supervise and coordinate and action the picking, packing, and dispatching of customer orders.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records and ensure proper stock management.
• Conduct regular stock counts and assist with inventory audits and reconciliation.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and movement of goods within the warehouse.
• Follow all warehouse safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe and organized working environment.
• Coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners to ensure smooth and timely movement of goods.
• Manage the warehouse and logistics billing process, including invoice verification, payment follow-up, and tracking until payment release.
• Maintain proper tracking of shipments, deliveries, and logistics-related activities.
• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations with accurate documentation and Excel-based tracking.
• Identify operational issues and support process improvements to increase warehouse efficiency.
• Work closely with team members to achieve warehouse, inventory, and dispatch targets. Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

• Previous experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, or supply chain operations is preferred.
• Basic computer skills with good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with inventory management or warehouse management systems is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong follow-up skills and ability to ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Willingness to work in a hands-on warehouse environment.
