Warehouse Executive

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Coordinate and manage the loading of scrap materials into containers and lorries.
• Oversee the receipt of incoming goods, including internal transfers and outgoing scrap materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records of scrap materials and ensure proper allocation within designated storage areas.
• Support daily warehouse operations by collaborating closely with various internal departments.
• Operate forklifts and reach trucks safely and efficiently in compliance with company safety standards.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
• Manage the collection, segregation, delivery, and proper storage of brass scrap materials.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inspection, and storage of goods.
• Assist in periodic stock counts and maintain accurate records to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Identify and report damaged or obsolete stock to ensure proper handling and disposal.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Certificate, Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word).
• Hands-on experience or exposure to ERP systems, preferably JDE (JD Edwards).
• Experience in inventory control, stock movement, and warehouse documentation.
• Ability to operate a forklift; valid forklift license/certification.
• Familiar with warehouse safety standards and manufacturing procedures.
