What they need
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
- Verify all incoming and outgoing shipments against relevant documents such as Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), and invoices.
- Ensure products are stored under appropriate conditions and handled in accordance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) requirements.
- Ensure inventory is managed using FEFO (First Expired, First Out) principles to minimise product expiry and wastage.
- Conduct routine stock counts, cycle counts, and annual stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to ensure product availability.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, and stock variances, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Raise, investigate, and support the implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) related to warehouse operations, inventory deviations, customer complaints, or audit findings.
- Ensure all warehouse documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained in accordance with GDP and company procedures.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Customer Service, Procurement, and Logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and deliveries.
- Supervise warehouse personnel and monitor daily operational performance.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with workplace safety requirements.
- Participate in internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement to enhance warehouse efficiency and compliance.
- Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
