Warehouse Executive

About the role

A Warehouse Executive is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, organising, and issuing goods and materials.

Key responsibilities

• Receive incoming goods and materials and check them against delivery orders or purchase orders
• Inspect items for quantity, condition, and accuracy upon receipt
• Arrange and store goods properly according to the company's storage procedures
• Maintain proper labelling and organisation of warehouse stock
• Prepare and issue materials to the relevant departments or project teams
• Record all stock movements, including receipts, issues, transfers, and returns
• Assist with monthly stock counts and inventory reconciliation
• Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor when items need to be replenished
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organised, and safe at all times
• Assist with loading and unloading goods when required
• Prepare items for delivery or collection to ensure the correct items are dispatched.
• Maintain proper documentation such as delivery orders, goods received notes, stock issue records, and inventory records.
• Assist in identifying damaged, missing, or obsolete stock and report such issues to the supervisor.
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures when handling goods and equipment.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
