Warehouse Executive

Job Descriptions:

• To manage receiving operations by inspecting incoming goods, verifying quantities against purchase orders and delivery documentation, and ensuring all products are received in good condition.
• To maintain accurate inventory records through timely system updates, stock monitoring, and regular stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
• To organize and optimize warehouse storage areas, ensuring proper product placement, efficient space utilization, and easy accessibility of inventory.
• To oversee order fulfillment activities, including picking, packing, labeling, and verifying outbound shipments to ensure accurate and timely delivery to customers.
• To ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards, including HACCP, GMP requirements, temperature-controlled storage, and cold chain management practices.
• To coordinate closely with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to facilitate efficient inventory movement and smooth warehouse operations.
• To maintain a safe, clean, and productive warehouse environment by enforcing safety regulations, monitoring warehouse equipment, and ensuring adherence to housekeeping standards.
• To support continuous improvement initiatives through operational reporting, workflow optimization, storage capacity planning, and investigation of inventory discrepancies, damages, and workplace incidents.
• To perform any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Possess Degree/Diploma/Certificate in in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or equivalent.

• Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably in FMCG, food trading, food service, or manufacturing industries. Experience in warehouse operations and logistics will be an added advantage.

• Experience in inventory accuracy management, including goods receiving, inspection, stock reconciliation, and stock take reporting.

• Experience in handling food products across various storage conditions, including ambient, chilled, and frozen environments.

• Hands-on experience in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, or other inventory management systems.

• Good understanding of warehouse safety practices, operational procedures, and regulatory compliance requirements.

• Basic knowledge of order fulfillment, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.

• Good communication (written & verbal) skills in English.

• Able to work in Tangerang area.
