Warehouse Executive – Job Description

About Ruvido Caso:

Ruvido Caso is a growing retail and e-commerce brand dealing in mobile accessories and anime products. We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Executive to manage inventory, order processing, stock movement, and day-to-day warehouse operations.

Position:

Warehouse Executive

Location: Ghitorni, Delhi
Experience: Relevant warehouse/inventory experience preferred
Unicommerce/Uniware Experience: Mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching products.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels using Unicommerce (Uniware).
• Process and fulfill orders received from different sales channels within the required TAT.
• Ensure proper stock inward, outward, put-away, and stock movement.
• Conduct regular physical stock checks and inventory audits and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with the sales, operations, logistics, and customer support teams for smooth order fulfillment.
• Monitor pending, cancelled, RTO, and other order statuses through Unicommerce.
• Generate and maintain inventory and warehouse MIS reports.
• Ensure proper product identification, labeling, packaging, and dispatch.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
• Ensure products are stored properly to minimize damage, loss, and inventory discrepancies.
• Support timely stock replenishment and highlight low-stock or unavailable products.
• Perform other warehouse and inventory-related tasks as assigned by management.

Skills & Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Unicommerce/Uniware is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Understanding of order processing, stock handling, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for maintaining reports.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible, organized, and proactive approach to work.
