Warehouse Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations.
• Monitor and update stock records accurately in the system.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment and purchase orders.
• Perform stock checks, stock take, and inventory reconciliation to ensure stock accuracy.
• Coordinate with suppliers, purchasing team, outlets, and other departments.
• Ensure the warehouse is properly organised and that all stocks are stored safely and according to company procedures.
• Prepare reports and follow up on stock discrepancies or issues.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned by the superior.

Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good computer skills are essential.
• Good calculation skills, with the ability to work accurately with quantities, stock records, and inventory data.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) will be an added advantage.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations or purchasing will be an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of poison/pharmacy items and related regulations will be an added advantage.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
