Warehouse Executive

Job Summary:

• Location: Ubi

• Timing: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records through regular stock counts and reconciliation.

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers, customers, transporters, and internal departments.

• Ensure proper storage, labelling, and handling of goods in accordance with company procedures.

• Operate and maintain accurate records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP system.

• Prepare delivery orders, goods receipts, inventory reports, and other warehouse documentation.

• Monitor warehouse productivity, space utilisation, and stock movement to improve operational efficiency.

• Lead and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring tasks are completed safely and efficiently.

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, housekeeping, and warehouse procedures.

• Investigate inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, and delivery issues, and implement corrective actions.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce operating costs and improve warehouse performance.

Requirements:

• Experience in lead at least 10 - 20 peoples
