About the role
Warehouse Executive responsible for managing warehouse operations, inventory control, and material transactions.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure correct items are received and issued according to Material Transfer Request Form
- Perform transactions after issuing and verify accuracy as per item request
- Perform daily cycle counting in system
- Apply FIFO method to store goods in designated locations and label items correctly
- Reorder low stock by initiating purchase requisitions when items approach minimum thresholds
- Oversee daily warehouse activities
- Generate Packing Slip and Commercial Invoice
- Perform other duties as assigned
About you
- SPM qualification
- Mid-level computer skill required
- Experience in data entry and manufacturing environment required
- Able to drive forklift
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
