What You’ll Be Driving

Warehouse Operations & Execution

Keep daily operations efficient, accurate and consistent.

• Manage receiving, storage, picking and dispatch of fresh produce.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day warehouse flow to meet operational KPIs.
• Maintain high standards of handling to preserve product freshness.

Inventory Accuracy & Stock Control

Own stock integrity across the warehouse.

• Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate inventory records.
• Apply FIFO/FEFO principles to minimize spoilage and wastage.
• Identify and resolve stock discrepancies promptly.

Quality Handling & Environment

Protect product quality through disciplined practices.

• Maintain cleanliness, organisation and proper storage conditions.
• Ensure fruits are handled with care throughout all warehouse processes.
• Uphold standards that support freshness and product longevity.

Systems & Reporting

Leverage systems to improve visibility and control.

• Use WMS/ERP systems to track stock movement and maintain accuracy.
• Support reporting and documentation of inventory activities.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve warehouse systems.

Team Collaboration & Culture

Work as part of a values-driven operation.

• Collaborate closely with operations and sales teams to ensure order accuracy.
• Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in warehouse operations (FMCG or fresh produce preferred).
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with WMS/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Physically fit to work in a warehouse environment.
• Bahasa Malaysia and English required (Mandarin proficiency is an advantage)
