Warehouse Executive

About the role

The Warehouse Executive is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, raw materials and finished goods movement, inventory accuracy, and material handling. This role ensures smooth stock transfers, proper batch tracking, and strict adherence to HALAL & food safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily receiving, storage, and dispatch operations for finished goods, raw materials, and packaging items
• Manage stock allocations, inter-facility transfers, and batch tracking traceability across all movements
• Maintain raw material and finished goods layout to ensure strict FIFO / FEFO principles
• Plan and execute loading/unloading schedules with drivers and logistics personnel
• Coordinate and liaise with external & internal stakeholders
• Conduct monthly physical stock counts and monthly inventory reconciliations against AX system records
• Investigate stock discrepancies, identify root causes, and submit variance reports
• Monitor, track, and regularly report raw materials & finished goods expiry dates to optimize shelf-life management and update inventory status
• Issue work orders to production and generate material picking lists for warehouse & spice room
• Enforce hygiene and safety standards required for food manufacturing storage facilities

About you

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, ideally within food manufacturing or FMCG cold-chain environment
• Familiar with ERP systems (AX) and Microsoft Excel
• Understanding of FIFO/FEFO, inventory control methods and workplace safety guidelines
• Ensure warehouse practices comply with HALAL requirements, HACCP, VHM, FSSC and local regulatory standards
