Warehouse Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Manage ERP/WMS system, including checking order status, identifying order issues, and handling customer order inquiries.
• Prepare and print Delivery Orders (DO) for pharmacy/ health and beauty retailers orders.
• Coordinate with Lalamove/Ninja Van for shipment arrangements, packing, labeling, and final order checks.
• Update daily inventory records in Taishin Tracking System, including PO details, shipment status, ETA, and quantities.
• Maintain and update inventory records in Google Sheets.
• Monitor stock levels and prepare purchase orders when required.
• Coordinate with the Content Team and suppliers on product orders, packaging updates, invoices, and delivery arrangements.
• Update purchasing records after receiving supplier invoices.
• Assist with warehouse operations including goods receiving, loading/unloading, stock checking, and order preparation.
• Verify received goods against DO/invoice and ensure accurate quantity checks.
• Maintain proper filing of DO, invoices, and warehouse documents.

Job Requirements

• Candidates with 0–1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
• Able to communicate with China suppliers.
• Mandarin communication skills required.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or purchasing coordination is preferred.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
