WAREHOUSE EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure timely stock updates in the ERP/WMS system.
• Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and annual stock take.
• Manage inbound and outbound shipments and coordinate with production, purchasing, and logistics teams.
• Ensure materials are issued to production accurately and on time.
• Prepare warehouse reports, including inventory status, delivery performance, and stock discrepancies.
• Lead and supervise warehouse assistants/operators to achieve daily operational targets.
• Ensure proper storage practices, FIFO compliance, and good housekeeping (5S) standards.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Continuously improve warehouse processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Warehouse Executive roles commonly involve inventory control, receiving and dispatch coordination, documentation accuracy, warehouse operations, and team supervision.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in supervising warehouse staff and managing daily warehouse activities.
• Knowledge of inventory control, stock management, and warehouse processes.
• Familiar with ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Understanding of FIFO, cycle count, and stock accuracy management.
• Possess good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Forklift driving license is an added advantage.
