Warehouse Executive

About the role

As Warehouse Executive, you will lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, dismantling, put-away, storage, inventory control, and material movements to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, dismantling, put-away, storage, inventory control, and material movements to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy
• Manage inbound and outbound logistics activities by working closely with Buyers, Logistics teams, Production, and third-party warehouse providers
• Oversee warehouse inventory accuracy through stock transfers, cycle counts, annual stock takes, and timely system transactions
• Monitor and optimize warehouse space utilization, location consolidation, and material flow to improve storage efficiency and kitting performance
• Plan and supervise kitting operations, ensuring sufficient manpower allocation and supporting daily fulfillment targets of 90% and above
• Manage third-party warehouse operations, including inventory movements, KPI tracking, cost monitoring, and service performance management
• Ensure compliance with ZF safety, quality, environmental, and operational standards through regular inspections, equipment checks, and warehouse audits
• Drive continuous improvement, cost-saving initiatives, employee training, and operational excellence projects while supporting the Warehouse Manager in achieving departmental objectives

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, materials management, logistics, or inventory control within a manufacturing environment
• Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, and inventory management processes
• Good knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, material flow, and logistics planning
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and warehouse safety standards
• Strong leadership, team supervision, and workforce planning capabilities
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a focus on operational efficiency and continuous improvement
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders
