WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR / IN-CHARGE

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Warehouse Supervisor / In-Charge to manage day-to-day warehouse operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete Stock & Inventory Management
• Maintain accurate Stock Inward & Outward Records
• Receive and process Customer / Distributor Orders
• Supervise Order Picking, Packing & Dispatching
• Ensure On-Time Order Dispatch & Delivery Coordination
• Monitor Stock Availability & Reorder Requirements
• Maintain proper Warehouse Arrangement & Product Storage
• Handle Clients, Distributors & Customer Enquiries
• Manage Customer Complaints & Order Issues professionally
• Coordinate Returns, Replacements & Damaged Products
• Verify products, quantities and invoices before dispatch
• Maintain Daily Stock & Dispatch Reports
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Purchase & Logistics Teams
• Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily duties
• Ensure warehouse Cleanliness, Safety & Discipline
• Reduce stock shortages, damages and dispatch errors
• Perform regular Physical Stock Verification

✔ Strong warehouse and inventory management skills
✔ Good communication & client-handling ability
✔ Leadership and team-management skills
✔ Basic computer knowledge / Excel / ERP knowledge preferred
✔ Ability to work responsibly under pressure
✔ Experience in warehouse, logistics, retail, FMCG or direct selling will be an advantage

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Degree.
• Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English (Hindi preferred).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).
• Previous experience in customer service or call center is an added advantage.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on experience)Benefits:
